New Year - New Challenge

I don't know about you but I like to challenge myself. I'd like to see just how great my health can be. On February 1st, I am starting Phase 1 of the Rainbow Green Cuisine. You may find the full description of the program in Gabriel Cousens’ book Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine. I don't know if it will be hard or easy for me. I already eat 100% live food but Phase 1 (that will last 3 months) does not allow any type of fruit except tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, lemon and lime. Wish me good luck!
