Day 1

Breakfast:
1 big cucumber
1 avocado
Celery
Sunflower sprouts
Cilantro
Lemon juice
Is it soup or is it smoothie? It is not salty (I don’t use salt at all). It has lemony flavor, it is very filling and delicious. It replaced my morning fruit/green smoothies.
