First Week is Over!

In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, I drink a green juice every day. I change the ingredients but some are always present: wheatgrass, celery, fennel, lemon peel, kale or chard, and parsley. I combine wheatgrass with a little bit of celery to help it move through the juicer and drink it separately from the main green juice.
Snack: I rotate the nuts: soaked almonds, pine nuts, macadamia nuts, hemp seeds, soaked sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seed butter.
